On both days, the following applies:
All athletes must be present at the beginning of the weighing time of the respective age group! Only the current age group is weighed in at the specified weighing time. The fights start shortly after the weigh-in closes. The award ceremonies will take place shortly after the end of the fights in an age group.

Mixed weight classes are possible at U9 level. In the U9 and U11, only the red and white belts are worn on the tatami according to the Scandinavian model.
The golden score in the U18, U21 & M/F is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.

Entries are only possible via the registration tool on our website elefanten-cup.de. No entries by e-mail! The registration tool requires club-by-club registration. Please enter each club only once; we reserve the right to delete entries. Participants can then be entered within the club.
Prerequisite for the registration of an athlete is the registration of your club. Open the registration tool and fill out the following form to register your club. After registration you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.
The item „Register athletes“ is available on your club page. Fill in the form accordingly and send it off. If a double start is possible and desired, please repeat the registration for the corresponding age group.
After the registration of each athlete, not only the club but also the athlete, if his/her e-mail address has been entered, will receive a confirmation e-mail. Possible status: waiting list (waiting for provisional confirmation or cancellation), provisionally confirmed (pay), confirmed (participation certain).
An email with all payment details will be sent once a day for all changes made up to that point. Please do not pay until you are notified for provisional confirmation! For waiting list status, we simply ask for a little patience.
After registration
You will receive information about all relevant procedures and changes concerning the tournament and your registration by e-mail. Please check your inbox and SPAM folder regularly.
Once the athlete is provisionally confirmed, you will receive payment information by e-mail. Entries are finally confirmed by payment of the entry fee. Unpaid entries will be put on a waiting list after 28 days and will lose the guaranteed starting place.
If the number of participants in the selected age group falls below 50%, athletes from the waiting list will automatically move up. All other starting places will be allocated by the tournament management. In both cases you will receive an e-mail and proceed as described in the point „Payment“.
Within the registration period all changes in the registration tool are allowed and the respective registration fees will be credited. If an age group is changed, the athlete may lose his/her starting place. In this case, the participant will be placed on the waiting list.
Cancellations can be made within the registration period, but the starting place will be permanently lost. Paid registration fees will not be refunded in case of withdrawal (regardless of the reason). You may be able to pass on the starting place within your club.

Of course, a small club cannot manage this tournament alone, so we are looking for YOU! We are happy about every hard-working, helpful hand that can support us! Therefore, we cordially invite young judges and judo enthusiasts to support us at the Elefanten Cup as table staff or event helpers. We thank you with a small allowance.
